I don't get it.

Two guys go 2 for 4 and sit on the bench the next day, while another guy hits a home run and walks twice, and gets bumped down four places in the batting order.

Dunno

But I think the same thing happened in Philly a few weeks ago – they wore throwbacks and we didn’t.

Listening today on the radio - You'd think that Brantly ought to be the manager

Too bad those gus won’t give ANY credit to Dunn, well Brantly gives a little…now listening to TV the Crappy ol’ Leftover continues to whine that neither Dunn nor Griffey are having any kind of a year offensively…because he only looks a BA… now Geoge and Welsh are talking about which teams would want Dunn or Griffey anyway….
Good day for Bronson and another good one for the Reds
Go Reds.

"When I got my award, I just wore my usual stuff," Dunn said.
"Was it for the Reds organization or all of baseball?" Bruce said.

Guess I'll close it down

Affeldt decides to give up a HR and a doulbe, here is Dick Pole to tell him to stop throwing fastballs.

Certainly have to agree that dusty is a horrible manager of pitching.

Reds win the road trip. Maybe in the season’s 2nd half we’ll see a little more consistent team.

Hey

The Reds tied the Mets for best record from an NL team during interleague play at 9-6. The Braves were the only other NL team to manage a winning record during interleague play (8-7). Gotta have some pride in the little things, right?

If Texas holds on to their lead against Philly tonight (currently in the 7th inning, 3-1 TEX), then 11 of the 14 AL teams will have double-digit wins in interleague play. I’d say the AL thoroughly handled the NL this year.

wow, I had no idea

I assumed the NL was kicking butt since the Reds were doing so well.

my dad and I took the trip up to Cleveland Today

for the first time ever I was not in my seat for the first pitch, that pissed me off. We were making good time, and were about 20 miles out around noon, but it took us an hour and a half get from that point to our seats, traffic was terrible. But anyway.

We had second row seats in left field next to the Reds Bullpen. First time I have had field level seats at Jacobs Field. I was just feet away from Norris Hopper! We got there just in time to see Dunn nailed at the plate. Not really much else to say, no reason to recap what has already been said. This was the first time I saw the Reds win in Cleveland, in the 4 years i’ve been going.
