Edinson still leads the majors in strikeouts (8 more than Sabathia) and ERA (ahead of No. 2 Tim Lincecum's 2.21). Mussina, however, leads the AL in wins and has 1/4 the walks of Volquez.
And in the past 5 games (all losses), we've been outscored 31-10 and managed a robust .214/.294/.298/.592 line (down from .247/.326/.403/.729 on the season.) Of course, now we're at Yankee Stadium for the first time since 1976 (when we swept) and the last time evah, so maybe we'll get some of that Big Red Luck. Maybe.

I just hate the way Abreu plays RF. He’s so scared of the wall it’s a joke. He won’t dive for balls. He’s not scrappy and he doesn’t play the game right. Just not my type. ;-)
