RR turning in Red's Minor League Report?

I know the big league club has not performed well during the first 20% of season, but I feel like every time I drop in to read discussions on RR this season, the front page is taken up with Minor League reports.

I admire Rick House's work at getting all the minor league recaps posted to RR daily, but if I want to find out how many hits Brandon Menchaca had in the Dayton-Quad Cities game, there are many sites I can find that information on besides RR.

Now I know lots of the RR crew love all the Farm System news, but wouldn't a weekly summary post be better?  I miss out on Cincinnati news and discussion posts on the main page because they get drowned out and knocked off by the Minor League reports.

That's just my opinion, anyone else agree?

nah

I think the daily posts are good. If there is anything positive right now, it is our farm system. Of course I always check the farm teams box scores daily to follow certain players, so the posts are a great reference for me. Not like we have a division race to talk about.

Is it really so hard

to go to the second post on the front page?

I don’t get it.

I like them.

I follow minor league players fairly well. I don’t mind the daily updates at all.

Keep it going!

I love reading about guys we hope we’ll see over the next few years. It helps keep hope alive. :)

Wow...

I love the minor league feature, keep it.

thanks guys

i’ve been wondering how the feature has been going over. If there’s any way you’d like to see farmers only changed, added to, subtracted from, etc., i’d love to get feedback. we’re also more than happy to hear about any other new features you’d like to see.

I like it just the way it is.

Having that there is so much easier than checking all of the minor league box scores, especially on that poorly designed website, plus this gives us the added bonus of being able to talk about what’s going on with the rest of RR.

Keep doin’ what you do, Brick.

I personally think the minor league reports are great (especially when the Reds are playing as well as they have this first month or so), and Rick does a great job with them. They would have been on Red Reporter from the beginning if I had an infinite amount of time.
