Unless they call up Janish, I could see Hairston as the starting SS and Freel getting time backing him up. Mind you, that would require a lack of Corey Patterson man-love, which isn’t likely, but maybe there will be a positive to come of this.

Man... Volquez is having a terrific season

Its early, but I think we should be fairly happy to think we may have a solid rotation in the next few years if Cueto and Bailey can figure it out – and I think they will.

The season doesn't start until the Cincinnati Reds take the field! Reclaim The Opener!!
