did shortstop start a thread?

do we have dueling threads?

In the end, life and business are about human connections. And computers are about trying to murder you in a lake. And to me the choice is easy.

I don't think SS started a thread

Paul had already created this one when you two started talking about it.

OK. How about this?

It’s a distraction. Let’s talk about issues.

At least it wasn't Grady Little.

the inning really doesnt

really count till the1st batter gets on

by shortstopv2 on Apr 26, 2008 10:36 PM EDT   0 recs

At least...

If he scores, it won’t be an earned run, so Belisle can still lower his ERA if he lets him score..

At least it wasn't Grady Little.

scary thought

Considering that Dusty kept putting Bako in the lineup because his arm is supposedly so much better than Valentin’s.

In his defense

Bako’s been hitting. He just paid his hitting witch for another 10 days.

Steve Holm!

Out swinging. Nice gob.

by Brendanukkah on Apr 26, 2008 10:40 PM EDT   0 recs

sMarty explained that it is not Bako's fault

It is all Belizzle’s fault because sMarty doesn’t like him. Clownboy throws his support behind sMarty.Belizzle uses a slide step therefore everyone steals off of him. Paul is golden.

i was slightly off

it was 14 runs.

check out the line for the day’s sacrificial lamb, bob forsch.

i was also thinking while looking at the box score, why did they leave browning in for all 9 with a 16-run lead? then i saw he finished with only 86 pitches.

Redman

He’s at 63 pitches after two innings.

Dear Castellini,

A youth movement absolutely seems to be the way to go. May I direct your attention to Messrs. Votto and Encarnacion. Yowza. Listen to Jocketty. That’s why you made him the GM.

Sincerely,

sometimes i think baseball is scripted

they just showed mccovey cove on tv and talked about how no one hits them out there since bonds is gone…

the very next pitch is a “splashdown”

he was beat by "small ball"

a lot of stolen bases, and guys just getting over and in. He was a little unlucky as far as the earned runs are scored

Poll question

Did Belisle have a good night?

If you're not having fun, stop participating.

by redandblue on Apr 26, 2008 11:14 PM EDT to parent up   0 recs

I disagree

He has only thrown 72 pitches, and has only allowed 6 baserunners. He is better than his ERA tonight. It isn’t like the Reds have Dibble, Charlton and Myers down there in the bullpen.
