Great article...

Griffey… what a guy… he’s a class act.

Link Problems

Not sure what the problem is. It works every time I click on it. Again here is the link: http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/news?slug=jp-griffey041608&prov=yhoo&type=lgns

Terriffic article

When Griffey talks, it’s so genuine. Like he doesn’t have anything to lose, except he does. This is just gold: “Promote the guys," Griffey said. "Commercials – anything. Show the life of the game. Don’t just try to get people to buy tickets." Too bad the assholes who make those decisions don’t know the difference, Ken. Maybe you can move into the League Office and change some things. And I don’t mean accept some token program role; I mean really change the focus of the League. Get people to play the game, not just buy merchandise.

hmmm

Commercials? Maybe those aren’t the best idea…

You're drowning in the past, Mike, and I've got your life jacket right here. It's called the 80s and it's gonna be around forever.
