World Series Game 2 Thread

For the second straight series the Rays find themselves down 1-0 at home. I don't imagine that they're too nervous about it at this point. I'm sure they feel much better now that they don't have to face Cole Hamels. For those of us hoping this series goes to 6 or 7 games, I would say this game tonight for the Rays is big. Losing two at home, when they have such a good record at home, could be hard for them to overcome in a short 7-game series.
I'm still not picking a winner at this point, mainly because I don't see the mystical powers that lie behind championships. However, I will say that if Cole Hamels pitches two more times like he did last night, the Phillies are tough to beat.

Work sucks
Possibly the most intuitive and brilliant two word post ever (no this is not sarcasm).
I like the Rays' chances tonight
Myers hasn’t looked too sharp lately, esp. his curve. But when did James Shields become “Big Game” James?
Joe Buck is surprised there was good pitching in Game 1?
With Cole Hamels and Scott Kazmir? Alrighty then, Joe.
I recently saw Midnight Cowboy,
and now I can’t look at Buck without thinking of Jon Voight. Unsettling.
When I watch the game
I feel like everybody’s talkin’ at me, but I don’t hear a word they’re sayin’.

Isn't it kind of weird
that after today, the last four televised baseball games in all of America will have taken place at Tropicana Field? I say it is.

Why is everybody saying James “Big Game” Shields, when “Big Game” James Shields sounds so much better?

I was thinking that announcer’s could refer to Baldelli’s throwing arm as “Rocco Bal’s Cannon.”

Did you ever see the guy who got caught saying he was Papelbon? He did look a lot like him. Kind of funny really.
No, but
I think Joe Buck will be able to pass himself off as Noel Coward from here on out.

Anyone find it strange they are playing Widespred Panic in the commercial bumps?
Not that they are a horrible band, but it seems they could come up with something else.
