Pedro on Monday

Pedro Martinez will most likely make his 2007 debut against the Reds on Labor Day. I know a lot of RRers are planning to attend. Here's a good place to talk about it. I'm 50/50.

What an awesome Labor Day special

As long as we're talking about Dominicans (not the order), why not take a look at young Elpidio's August?

mucho gusto. Looking at his career splits, it seems like he has summarily kicked ass in August, but not so much in September. Here's hoping he can keep the numbers up during the Reds big push for 4th in the division.

I went to opening day against the Mets. Pedro was great treat to see. Hopefully we can end this game in similar fashion. Joe Randa walk-off in his first game so maybe Votto or Bruce will get a call-up and take Billy Wagner deep to end it again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR Pedro will just get shelled

I was there too

I had my then four year old son with me and he got cranky, so we left in the 6th. I got home just in time to see the walk-off HR on FSN. I wasn't happy about missing it, but you're right, Pedro was fun to watch.

Pedro will be extremely rusty on monday...

so he will prolly pitch a no hitter that day and strike out 20. He will give up one walk to Dunn so Geki could brag that Dunn was the only guy who got on base that day.

If the Reds are tied with the Cubs/Brewers/Cardnials when there is 5 games left in the season. Zach will join the band wagon
