Fantasy Football recap

Congrats to Officer Dibble for winning the Red Reporter Fantasy Football league. Despite finishing the regular season with a .500 record, his Vegas Strippers got hot at the right time. This is the second consecutive RR Fantasy Football crown for OD. Dynasty!

He defeated sonant1 in the finals by 1 point. Reggie Wayne's fumble in the Sunday night game was the difference.

Brian B downed MixFMKyle in the third place game. Kyle is on his way to becoming the Atlanta Braves after dominating the regular season for the second straight year with nothing to show for it.

fun season..
Congratulations, Officer Dibble.

Thanks again Ash, for making it all possible.

No hard feelings Reggie Wayne, just make it up to me in the real playoffs, k?

Holy crap!
Thanks, everyone.

And to think that I owe my success to the FAB-u-lous quarterback stylings of Mr. Kurt Warner after an absolutely putrid draft.

Great championship game and great season!

And mad propz to Ash for getting the ball...rolling or whatever it is a football does. Thanks, Ash!

this was my first foray
into the fantasy world, and i will definately be doing it again in the future.  next year i will surely atone for this lousy next-to-last-place finish.  congrats to Dibbs for the win, and, of course, many thanks to Ash for making it all happen.
is it April yet?

good times!
Another enjoyable ff league with rr.  Kyle had to bench romo and  TO for the finale, and he damn-near pulled it off. Thanks to drew  brees slop yardage and td pass in the closing minute to put me over the top in the 3rd place game. My wife couldn't figure out why I was jumping up and down for such a meaningless drive.

On another note, I feel kind of bad for the browns. It would have been far more gratifying for the bengals to have tanked against Cleveland if it meant the steelers didn't win the division.

ifs and buts
My eliminated team had by far our best week ever. If we could have made it to the finals we could have made like the Chicago Bears Shufflin' Crew.

Dibs rocks
He is a beast and we must have collusion to topple his empire next year and block his evil plan to take over RR Fantasy baseball as well

funny you should say that
thanks for the complements, Caleb.

Strangely, though I feel like I know more about baseball, and I certainly follow baseball more closely than football, I have not had any kind of success in the RR fantasy baseball world. Yet.

Who knows, maybe next year will be my year in baseball. I'm looking forward to it regardless.

And I still have one of those announcer CDs for you if I can ever make it back out to an event.

In other FF news...
Michael Turner was named the biggest bust of 2008. Admit it, you're all thinking of taking him in the first round.
