I hope that I don't steal JD's thunder, but I have a feeling he's searching for lodging with his expectant little lady on this Christmas Eve. So I am taking it upon myself to start the spreading of Christmas cheer. (I know not everyone celebrates Christmas, so please feel free to spread the cheer of whatever holiday you celebrate this time of year, be it Hannukah, Ramadan, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day, Festivus, or any other holiday.)

If you have gifts that you'd like to leave for your other Red Reporters, drop them in this thread. If it's something that needs to be embedded (i.e. YouTube), go for it. Just keep it clean and keep it festive (No picking on the usual suspects, if you know what I mean).

My gift to you all is the elfin' Red Reporter. I'm sure you've all seen this, but it's fun, so enjoy it, damnit! Have a safe holiday, we need you around next year to root the Reds on to a Central Division title (#1 item on my Christmas wish list).

A season of hope and renewal!

Yesterday, I took the entire Madville clan for a Christmas visit with my soon to be 97 year old Mother and her now 105 year old boyfriend Lloyd. Lloyd thinks that ther's a more than 50-50 chance of getting Bedard AND he also thinks that there's an even better chance that he'll 'getting some of that good stuff' from Mom. So Brendan is right Hope does spring eternal!

Off Topic but On Topic

Merry Xmas to all RR folk, but a baseball question. When do Red single tickets go on sale? I'm thinking of flying out from Boston for the Sox series, but kinda need to know when tix will be going on sale before planning anything.

Even with the Premier price level being 2 or 3x as much as the normal tix, it'll be cheaper than going to Fenway even when you factor in airfare and hotel. hooray.
