I heard on the 11:00 Clock news that Castellini was asked about Jockerty as a possible GM and and Bob 'tersley' replied that Waynr was the Red's GM period. I take that to mean that Castellini is definately going to keep Krivksy. This development has been expected by most of us but it still concerns me. Waynr could very easily go out and bring in another bunch of VPs, never-weres and reclamation projects again for next season. Hopefully he will get Dunn's option renewed, keep the core of the team together and utilize the AAA guys like Votto,Bruce, Bailey, Cueto, Shearn (yes he's earned a look-see), and continue on with Keppinger, Hopper, Gonzo, Cantu, Ross and maybe Freel as the bench/platoon guys.
The saddest thing to come from this move is that Red Menace may well be overlooked as the next Red's manager.
