The Giants are reportedly interested in Manny, as are a few other teams.

Looking at what RotoWire says the Red Sox are looking for in return (i.e. relief help, a shortstop, and prospect(s) ) and assuming that they are DUMB enough to do it, what would it take for the Reds to come out with the best hitter in the AL? And what would it do to our lineup and defense to put Manny in, say, RF?

I say that we could put a couple of the new relievers together...say Stanton and Bray...maybe throw in a dash of BP and offer to take on his entire remaining salary.

Yeah, I know...but its winter, and this sort of stuff amuses me.
