Graves tipping pitches?

Hal today says the Mets told Graves he was tipping his pitches?

Star-divide

Shouldn't Gully the Great have notied this? And, skeptically, shouldn't someone we traded IN to the Reds told him, if true.

If it is true, watch for him to return to form, and we look like fools.

Tipping pitches
Doesn't account for losing almost 10mph from his fastball.

That being said, the Reds organization looks pretty stupid for not catching that...

Right...
Remember how the Mets' pitching coach said he could fix Victor Zambrano in ten minutes?  That worked out well for them...I highly doubt the Mets or anyone else can turn Graves back into even a halfway-serviceable reliever overnight.

return to form
Hopefully it will be when the Reds play the Mets. His form was never that great anyway. Of course who am I to question the great theory of a "closer".
Where is Mario Soto when you need him?

Tipping pitches
Donny G has been in Cincinnati to long. He has never produced any good young pitching in all his years in town. He is here because of his past with the Reds, not because he is a good coach.Danny Graves tipping his pitches? He has done some damage to his arm from his starting stint. He will be getting balls knocked off that big red apple and he feel right at home in New York.

My only wish...
Was that he would be signed by the Yankees, so he could get ripped apart by Steinbrenner, and so the Yankees could waste a ton of money on him.
Don't mind me...just pitching to contact, that's all...

Hal McCoy again
Said LaRue, "The next day Albert Pujols came up to me and said, 'We were glad when Graves came in because then we knew we'd get you-all. That explains a lot. I couldn't figure out what he meant."
--------

Maybe, Jason, he was just talking trash to your face.  A divisional opponent isn't going to risk giving up their secret advantage.

All of the revelations about tipping pitches is going to blow up in the Mets face.  What are they going to do when they have fixed the tipping pitches part, and Danny is still throwing 86 mph and getting rocked?
