1-1
Through five innings it is 1-1.  Randa tied it up with a long ball against Clemens.  I love it.

Ugh
Matt Belisle can't get Roger Clemens to end the inning, and it's 3-1 Astros.  That's a crappy way to fall behind.

Top of the 6th
1st and 3rd no outs and a 3-0 count to Griffey in a 1-1 game.  They didn't score.  I love the team, but if we are completely reliant on the longball to win games my prediction of 2nd place this year won't be happening.

Runners Going
I just can't believe Miley sent the runners there.  If Griffey makes contact then I guess it works out, but if you just leave the runners where they are and  Jr. strikes out then it's first and third with two outs - not a bad situation.  In fact, it's a situation where a runner could still score on a sac fly, something that would have resulted in an eventual tie game.

Really poor decision there.

Oops
That should read first and third with one out not with two outs.

Boneheaded move
Shades of Bob Boone.
No, not the real Paul Householder...just a fan who remembers the wretched 1982 Reds.

Boone
The difference is that Freel went on his own.  Boone would have ordered it.

Lead-off double.  Yes I know that Randa is playing out of his mind, but we brought Randa in to do the small things (defense, move runners over, hit behind runners, etc.).  BUNT.  3-2 game, bunt Dunn to third.  I know Aurillia was up nest and prolly would have struck out or popped up but give him a chance, for that matter, give the team a chance.  Dave Miley refuses to play small ball, this is very scary.
